It’s a 25-minute walk directly down 3rd Street from the Moscone Center to the Chase Center. San Francisco also has a variety of transportation, including Uber, Lyft, and Waymo. Before you head to the Chase Center, make sure you have your OFC badge as it’s required for admission! Please enter Chase Center through the West Entrance located on Thrive City Plaza, which can be accessed through the 3rd Street & Warriors Way ramp or the 3rd Street & 16th Street ramp.
If you are using a rideshare app, simply enter “Chase Center” as your destination. Chase Center’s official drop off and pick up location is located along Terry A Francois Blvd.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the Chase Center. However, free shuttles will be available from the Chase Center to the Moscone Center starting at 9:30 PM. Please note that the shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Doors open at 5:30 PM at the West Entrance located on Thrive City Plaza at Chase Center. The concert begins at 8:00 PM and will conclude at 10:00 PM. The venue will remain open until 11:30 PM.
MY ENTRY IS FREE – WHAT ELSE COMES WITH MY CONCERT TICKET?

The concert is open to anyone with an OFC badge. Entry is limited on a first-come first-served basis as venue capacity allows. A variety of food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the venue.
WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN 5:30 - 8:00 PM?

There will be activities, food and beverage, and entertainment leading up to the concert on the arena floor and main concourse.
WHERE CAN I STORE MY BELONGINGS?

For your convenience, a coat and bag check will be available inside the main entrance at the JP Morgan Club, after the security checkpoint. To expedite entry, we strongly recommend traveling light and leaving backpacks and large bags at your hotel. Please note, all guests are subject to search upon arrival. Bags larger than 14”L x 14”H x 6”W will require X-ray scanning, which may cause delays in entry. Please note, a full list of items prohibited by the Chase Center can be found on their website here.
